"Decided to switch my renter's insurance from Pemco to State Farm, so I contacted my friendly neighborhood agents at Ashley Goodenough's agency. Sean Ruddell wrote me a great policy and was an absolute joy to work with. He got me additional coverage over the Pemco policy - higher replacement coverage, a water/sewer damage rider, and an earthquake rider - for *less* than my measly Pemco policy! "Still in the shopping & comparing stage for auto insurance. My situation is a bit complicated bc I recently moved to Oregon, have 2 cars & both are registered in different states. Plus, auto insurance requirements are different than California requirements. But Sean was such an experienced professional, he patiently answered my questions, presented my options & gave great recommendations without ever being pushy. Such a breath of fresh air to get old fashioned & knowledgeable service., in person, face to face, especially close from home! I've obtained quotes from several auto insurance companies recently. Sean at State Farm in Hillsboro really stood out from the rest. He seemed to easily navigate the quagmire (to me) that is auto insurance & the black box Lexus Nexus, hocus pocus algorithms. He can help find the sweet spot between cost & coverage for your specific needs."
