Even if there is missing information that caused this, I was not able to find out because he never picks up or returns my call."

"I’ve called about 4-5 times to get a hold of somebody and never have any luck. Wanted to add my younger brother to the policy since he got a new car and needed insurance by a certain date that didn’t happen. Wanted to remove a driver from my current policy since I got a letter that they might cancel my insurance which I am 38 weeks pregnant and cannot have that happen, but I have not heard from anyone or been able to get a hold of someone. I’ve had State Farm before and raved about them but haven’t had the same luck this time around almost wishing I went with someone else. Very frustrating."

"I worked with Sean Ruddell who is the office manager at Ashley Goodenough State Farm in Hillsboro a couple weeks ago because I was concerned about my current home owners coverage and whether I had goodenough coverage to cover replacement in the case of a worst case scenario. They sent me a letter proposing the possibility that I might benefit by reviewing my policy just to make sure my coverage was adequate for the current time. Most folks let this kind of thing go for years not thinking about the amount of coverage purchased initially and if it will cover the current cost of replacement. Especially if any improvements have been done. This was the case. Anyway, I found that I was under insured by a few hundred grand because I let it go way too long. I bought the place in 2007. Regardless, working with Sean Ruddell was actually really fun because he is optimistic but also a realist with a charismatic personality. The time went by so fast I didn't realize I was late for another appointment. I know that the cost of my coverage is going to go up but it's worth it because I know that I am covered. Sean also informed me that I wasn't covered for things that seem minor like if the sewer backs up or the original water pipes burst underground. My other agent who has recently retired did not take the time to let me know about these things. In a new construction I may not be as concerned but my house is getting up there in years and I can see the value of throwing a few more bucks at some really old crusty possibilities that I don't want to have to deal with when I am older and on a fixed income. If fact I don't want to deal with paying for something like that even right now! I have to make another appointment with Sean before my policy renews and I look forward to taking care of the loose ends. It will be one more thing that I will not have to worry about and then I will know that I am fully covered and State Farm has never let me down before. Thank you Sean for loving your job. It shows in your personality and I never mind paying for excellent advice and service. Especially when it serves me well! Dr. James"
